GROUND and PRIORITY SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm PST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm PST are shipped the following business day. 

EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver. 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

To return or exchange an item please visit our self service Returns Portal and fill out your order information. Print a pre-paid shipping label and send back your items. Returns must within our 30-Day return policy window in order to be eligible.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out all the information requested in our Returns Portal. Make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned and place it in the box. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. Peel off the pre-paid return shipping label, affix it to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off at a FedEx location.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).

If you decide the product isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Holiday & promotional items do not apply.

To ensure a successful return, please ensure tags and packaging are still intact and that the items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Items that are washed, marked, dirty, stained or have obviously been used will not be accepted.

For customers in the contiguous United States who are in possession of the original packaging, there is a restocking fee of $5.0

Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the completion of the return process.

We’re committed to creating a better shipping experience from top to bottom. The return fee helps us offer fast and reduced shipping, reduces waste from “trial” customers and allows us to responsibly recycle or refurbish returned items. It’s always our goal to operation efficiently and pass those savings on to you.

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only offer returns as this is a more user friendly solution overall and ensures you can get the right size, color and style faster than an exchange. Simply start the returns process at returns.corsurf.com.

If you'd like a different item, you can make the new order as soon as you want by opting for a refund to the original payment method with a $5 restocking fee deducted. If you'd like to avoid that fee, you can opt for a gift card. You will receive your gift card code as soon as the return has been returned or processes.
